RULES
*You must be registered with the WWMT to be able to compete for Rookie Of The Year.
*To compete for Rookie Of The Year, 2010 must be your 1st year in a IMCA Modified or competing under the IMCA sanctioning. (must have run less than 4 races the previous year)
*Or if the driver was a rookie in IMCA the previous year, he can choose to be able to run for the award.
