Ron Moser is WWMT Rookie of the Year in 2010!

Ron Moser of West Valley City, Utah secured the 2010 EQ IMCA Wild West Modified Tour Rookie of the Year award with his twentieth and sixteenth place finishes at the Atomic Motor Raceway in Atomic City, Idaho. David C. Penrod of Chubbuck, Idaho gained the most points of the weekend but was unable to pass Moser for the points lead. Wyatt Howard of Price, Utah was third, Mark Rodgers was fourth, Christian Johnson was fifth, rounding out the point standings was Brody Spangler, Marshall Holtom, and Dylan Hatch. Moser is the second driver from Utah to win the Rookie of the Year Award. Shawn Reed of Casper, Wyoming won it in 2009 and Troy Sweeten of Green River, Utah won the title in 2008.
